Here at the Habitat Corridor Project we use the not for profit business model to provide professional landscape architectural and consulting services that fund our other projects.

We are a design firm with a mission.

Our staff of talented and experienced designers and habitat consultants transform yards into habitat gardens supporting local biodiversity.  We do this with the native flora of California and sustainable landscape design.  They range for naturally elegant to modern - customer care and satisfaction is our goal.

Please contact us for a free consultation to discuss your project needs. Our services for institutional or residential clients include:

  • CONCEPT SKETCHES AND CONSULTATIONS
  • FULL CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS IN AUTOCAD
  • PLANT LISTS
  • SITE PLANS
  • CONSTRUCTION OVERSIGHT
  • PLANNING AND PERMIT SUPPORT
  • PUBLIC PRESENTATIONS
  • TALKS AND PROGRAMS/ CLASSES ABOUT GARDENING WITH CALIFORNIA NATIVES AND SUSTAINABLE LANDSCAPING

Our pricing structure is comparable to other design firms however; we do offer flexibility and some scholarships.  You as the client can feel good about your money going to something bigger than just designing a landscape - we are supporting a movement to create corridors of California native plants throughout California the more square footage the better!  And being a 503(c) non profit your costs might qualify as a deduction - certainly your donations.

An example of our beautiful work- a landscape in Healdsburg, California.  Elegant and wild...at the same time.

Beautiful Mimulus aurantiacus (Monkey Flower) and Eriogonum 'Warrener Lyttle' (California Groundcover Buckwheat)

Calamagrostis foliosa (Feather Reed Grass) a wonderful small tidy native grass.

We use sustainable practices like swales and water sinks to keep water on site where appropriate - filling up those aquifers rather than into the storm drains.

From a big giant lawn to an abundant and biodiverse habitat garden.
